We believe this is because we take considerable pride in all of our products, and our top priority is to please our customers. EXCHANGES
Returned NO-FUSS® products can only be exchanged for other merchandise if we receive them within 14 days of purchase, and only if the returned Item(s) has not been used, worn, and does not carry the scent of cologne / perfume or any other fragrance, and if it is accompanied by

RETURNS & REFUNDS
To receive a refund, you must send refund request email to Joyce at customerservice@nofussscarves.com or call us at 913‐205‐0934 within 5 business days after receiving your item(s). Shipping costs are not refundable. The item(s) being returned must be in new condition, unworn and must not carry the scent of cologne / perfume or any other fragrance. It must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt or the online order confirmation.
