1. What is your return & refund policy?

To recieve a refund you must email me within 36 hours after recieving your item(s) for an authorization for purchase amount only. Shipping and handling are not refundable. The item(s) being returned must be unworn, in new condition, and accompanied with the receipt. The item(s) must be postmarked and mailed within 3 days after you have recieved them. Item(s) must be sent by priority mail at the buyers expense. After the item(s) have recieved and inspected by our quality controll department, and found to be in new condition, a refund will be processed within 48 hours. The above time frame, and guidelines for refunds must be followed, otherwise all sales are final.

2. What about exchanges?

NO-FUSS ® products can only be exchanged if we recieve them within 14 days of purchase. The item(s) returned must be unworn, in new condition, and accompanied with the receipt. We will gladly exchange the item(s) for a different color, print, or style( provided we have it in stock). We will not exchange an item for a lesser expensive one. If the item(s) is an even price exchange, you will only be charged a mailing fee. If the item(s) that you are requesting cost more, you will be charged the difference in the price, plus the mailing fee. If you desire to exchange and item(s), please notify us first via e-mail to determine & confirm that the color, print, or style you are requesting is in stock. The above time frame, and guidelines for exchanges must be followed, otherwise all sales are final.

3. What payment methods do you use?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express. (allow 5-7 days for delivery) WE accept money orders by mail, once your money order is recieved (allow 5-7 days for delivery) We accept personal checks by mail, once your check is recieved (allow 10-12 days for delivery)

4. What delivery methods do you use?

We use U. S. Postal service to deliver to the desired address. The U.S. Post Office will also deliver to p.o.boxes when required. If you wish, please email mojodesign@kc.rr.com to request rush service for an additional charge. Only at the costomers request, will this method be used. If your order is returned to me as undeliverable, the customer must pay any additional shipping charges before the order is resent. Please note we track all deliveries, risk of loss shall pass to the buyer upon MOJO2 VARIEGATED DESIGNS tender of goods to the US Postal service.

5. After I place my order, how long will it take for me to get it?

For credit card purchases, or for purchase with money orders, please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery. For personal checks, please allow 10 - 12 days for delivery. If for any reason we vary from this schedule, you will be notified with the reason for delay, and the expected shipping date.
