Ring Halter Instructions Back    Shorten to your desire (TRB it, or tie a knot), slide your scarf ring on, (if you are tying in a knot, slide your ring on first) slip your scarf over your head, adjust your ring, pull two ends around back of you and tie in a secure knot, You are done!!  Optional:  For a different look, tie the ends together in front, CUTE HUH!!
