Ring Halter Instructions Back     Bringing your scarf from around your back,  under your arms, hold the ends together and slip a Large RING on (at least a ring size 8, 9 or 10). Tie the ends together around your neck. Or as shown below, just cross the ends in front and tie behind the neck. It's just that simple, absolutely NO-FUSS® !!
